陪伴自习 is a study timer with an animated companion. The app has no user accounts, advertising, cross-app tracking, or analytics. This policy explains what data the app processes, where it is processed, and how long it is retained.

Face Data and Camera Processing

With your permission, the app uses the front camera while it is active in the foreground. Camera frames may contain your face. Apple Vision processes each frame on the device and may produce the following temporary data:

• face, head, and upper-body bounding rectangles;
• face-detection confidence;
• approximate relative distance based on the size of the detected face or body in the frame;
• head-pose angles (yaw, pitch, and roll), when available;
• short-term head-tracking state;
• a temporary baseline representing your normal seated or writing posture; and
• temporary timestamps and presence or attention states derived from those observations.

The app does not identify who you are. It does not create face embeddings, biometric identifiers, reusable face templates, face profiles, or a face database. It does not use Face ID and does not perform facial recognition or authentication.

How face data is used

Face data is used only to:

• determine whether someone is seated in the configured study position;
• distinguish a nearby seated user from a person farther away;
• temporarily continue head tracking when a side-facing face is not visible; and
• after an explicit calibration by the user, determine whether the user's head pose has deviated from their normal writing posture long enough to provide an attention reminder.

Face data is not used for advertising, analytics, user profiling, identity verification, model training, or any purpose unrelated to these on-device study features.
